Army Lands 16 on Atlantic Hockey All-Academic Team

Atlantic Hockey student-athletes excel both on and off the ice as showcased by the record-setting 209 student-athletes named to the Atlantic Hockey Conference All-Academic Team including 16 Black Knights. Conor Andrle, Blake Box, Cole Bruns, Nick DeCenzo, Parker Gahagen, Tipper Higgins, Luke Jenkins, Joe Kozlak, Ian Mansfield, Brendan McGuire, Ian Murdoch, Ryan Nick, Matt Penta, Tyler Pham, C.J. Reuschlein, Joe Shecter were the Cadets named to the All-Academic team. Receiving Student-Athlete of the Year honors for the second consecutive season are Bryant Christian from American International and Geoff Fortman from Canisius. AIC had a second member named Student-Athlete of the Year in freshman Lucas Bombardier, which matches the two members from Mercyhurst for most in 2015-16.
