The Army West Point Cycling team finished off Week 3 of racing by jumping up to 3rd place overall in the ECCC in Hanover, NH. The weekend was a joint effort between Dartmouth College and University of Vermont. The criterium and ITT were held on Dart-mouth's campus on Saturday, and the rac-es on Sunday were held 1 1/2 hrs away in Burlington, VT. Top finishers for the weekend include CDT Monte He ('19 CAT B) placing 1st in the ITT and 4th in the crit; CDT Jinny Yan ('16 CAT B) 3rd in the ITT and 4th in the road race; CDT Tristan Leo Manderfeld ('17 CAT B) 3rd in the ITT and crit, and CDT Kaitlin Bender ('17 CAT D) 4th in the crit. CDT Kenny Englert ('19 CAT A) had an amazing finish in the Men A crit, finishing 6th overall. This week was the first week for the ITT and the team performed very well. The Men A team placed 5th, Women B got 1st in their field, a performance that would have taken first in Women A, both Men B and Men C placed 3rd and the Women D took 1st place.
