Cadets Visit Indian Point Energy Center

CPT Josh Molgaard spent a few days taking NE300 students to tour the nuclear power plant at Indian Point Energy Center in Buchanan, NY. Cadets had an opportunity to see a commercial nuclear reactor in operation and gain a better understanding of what they’ve been taught in class and how it relates to the real world. The trip was very enlightening and rewarding, as it has been in previous semesters. Our thanks to Entergy, the owner of the facility, for their continued support.
