CENTER VALLEY, PA - After a second-place finish at the Patriot League Championships last weekend, the Army West Point men's swimming and diving team had seven Black Knights earn All-Patriot League recognition announced by the league Wednesday. Chris Szekely and Brandon McCredie garnered first team accolades, and Josh Sembrano, Tom Ottman, Sean Regan, Matt McPheters and Jason Rodriguez were named to the second team.
"We are very proud of our athletes who earned a spot on the All-League team," said head coach Mickey Wender. "This is especially rewarding since Chris and Brandon were event winners at the meet. Chris capped off a great college career and we are excited to see him swim at Olympic trials. He taught Brandon a lot as one of his training partners and we are eager to see where Brandon's career will go."
