The West Point Debate team travelled to Rochester University in Rochester, NY, to compete in the 2015 Brad Smith Debate Tournament. All four of the Army Debaters took home Speaker Awards in the Open Division, which included: CDT Seamus Matlack ’18, CDT TJ Collin ’18, CDT Gus Watts ’18, and CDT James Hickey ’17. The Army CW team broke into Quarter Finals in their first Open Tournament ever. The Army HM advanced to Semi-Finals in their first Open Tournament as well. The next major event will be the 3rd Annual Army-Navy Debate on 11 Dec.
