13 cadets and 2 management instructors visited Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management to participate in an annual leadership exchange. At Cornell, cadets attended MBA classes (managerial finance, strategy, or data driven marketing) and participated in a faculty-led finance case with renowned Professor Drew Pascarella. Cadets also enjoyed an opportunity to meet with Cornell Army ROTC cadets and former military officers now studying at Cornell to discuss the Army/military profession. The visiting cadets and faculty accomplished the Management Program’s goal of stimulating intellectual curiosity and increasing a desire to learn about management-related topics as well as furthering their knowledge of the Army profession. This visit is one half of a reciprocal exchange with Cornell’s MBA program; 34 Cornell MBA candidates visited West Point in September to learn more about leadership and management as well as USMA’s mission.
